Mr. Mulvihill is an experienced financial executive who has practiced as a “Big 4” international certified public accountant and management consultant, and has worked as part of Fortune 500 headquarters’ management teams in NYC, Florida and internationally. Currently he is vice president-secretary, partner, and business strategist for AXIOUN Strategic Planning, Inc. This is an advisory services, strategic planning, and management firm www.AXIOUNsp.com which works closely with private-equity firms. Simultaneously he serves as a community health-education-wellness outreach leader who sponsors various youth leadership, workforce development, combatting child trafficking, oral healthcare & nutrition programs. Pat is active in several organizations which serve current and former U.S. Armed Forces members and their families, including Gold Star Family and POW-MIA programs. He has served his local community and internationally as a long-time Rotarian and Past President of the Rotary Club & Charities of North Jacksonville www.NorthJAXRotary.org; and as Chairman for over ten years of the Northeast Florida Rotary District Disaster Relief & Recovery Committee. Pat has received high-profile awards from multiple local and international civic organizations, including the Paul Harris and the Service-Above-Self Awards from Rotary International headquarters in Evanston, Illinois. Mr. Mulvihill is a Board Member of The Rotary Global Action Group for Refugees, focusing upon Ukraine warzone evacuee families in Florida. Pat is a graduate of the FBI Jacksonville Office Citizens Academy and currently serves as the Public Information Officer of The Support Committee at The Jacksonville National Cemetery organization where he has served as Chairman. Also, he has served as a Florida Member of the Business Executives for National Security (“BENS”- an organization applying best business practices to address the nation’s most pressing security challenges). Pat is currently an active Member of the Northeast Florida Green Beret Chapter 88 (includes several combat veterans and a Medal of Honor recipient) of The U.S. Army Special Forces Association. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration-Accounting from Manhattan College in NYC and after attending post-graduate programs at universities in NY (Iona, and NYU) Pat received his certified public accounting accreditation from the University of The State of New York. Mr. Mulvihill has served in leadership positions: in the international consulting firms of KPMG Peat, Marwick, and EY Arthur Young; in Fortune 500 companies in the petrochemical & petroleum industries; and in emerging growth entities in the aerospace, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, and transportation industries. In his early years as a professional, he enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserve components as a “citizen-soldier”, served for over 15 years where he attended Officer Candidate School (was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant), attained the rank of Captain (USAR-Infantry) after attending several advanced U.S. Army schools, including infantry officer basic & advanced, paratrooper and special operations training. Mr. Mulvihill served in several leadership assignments in both the U.S. Army National Guard Military Police (42nd MP Company, 42nd Infantry “Rainbow” Division in NY) and in U.S. Army Green Beret National Guard Special Forces units (19th and 20th SF Airborne Groups- 1st Special Forces Command). Mr. Mulvihill has been a Jacksonville resident since 1981 with his wife, Mati, a retired commercial banker.
