We have hosted many visitors over the past few months to learn more about our program and mission.
VS-24 Reunion and S-3 Viking 50th Anniversary
The squadron reunion included presentations from Ed Turner, Executive Director of the Memorial; JB Renninger, former Commanding Officer of VS-24; and Jeff Rhodes, Lockheed Martin Company Historian. The event concluded with presentation of generous donations from former VS-24 representatives Ken Tuschoff, Steve Haise, and Charlie Dempewolf. The colors were presented by the Sea Cadets from the St. Augustine Battalion.

Queen’s Harbor Residents
Queen’s Harbor residents visited the site and enjoyed a tour of the Chapel and temporary museum exhibits inside as well as the existing memorial, Gold Star Memorial, Phase I aircraft displays, and the Memorial Brick Plaza outside. They enjoyed a presentation by Ed Turner, Executive Director, and comments by Jerry Domask, POW Art Gallery Curator.
