We had the pleasure of hosting members of The Foundation Academy for a tour of the Memorial. On October 30th, about 40 students and faculty were provided an overview of the National POW-MIA Memorial and Museum and were given a tour of the project. The student group was made up of 11th and 12th grade students who found the tour enlightening. The Memorial has been the site of many reunions, Sea Cadet, Scouting, and other events, but this was the first of what may be many school field trips. The Foundation Academy plans to make this an annual event for their school.
